"Penguin Party" Fun and Festive Handmade Quilt 100% Cotton, Machine Quilted

Description

A fun and festive quilt with bear paw stars in coordinating reds, greens, browns and beige.  The feature fabric in the bear paw stars and the quilt backing is whimsical holiday patterns of Christmas geese, penguins, birds, and stars (just to name a few).  The diagonal off set blocks are the "partying penguins". Notice the bear paw stars are flanked in a log cabin format of coordinating holiday fabric.  This quilt is machine pieced, machine quilted with 100% cotton quality fabrics (Thimbleberries, Henry Glass, Michael Miller), all cotton thread and Warm and Natural Cotton Batting. Backing is the same as the soft green feature fabric and provides continuity if casually displayed as a throw.  Machine quilting is in a meandering pattern that provides a smooth finish to the throw. Possibly a bed accent against a neutral spread, or simply pretty as a throw along a banister, along the back of a chair or mounted on the wall. Dimensions are 68" x 68".
