WW2 Japanese Rubber Hand Stamp, Compass And Match Box

These items came from the same veteran. The compass was inside the matchbox when I got them. No idea what the stamp says. Would be well worth researching. The compass is great. The flags along with the wording on the back should be translated as well. The matchbox with the flags and characters are something I have not come across before. That needs translation too.
