It is a gas mask manufactured by Shigematsu Works.  It was obtained and stored for reference.  It is a gas mask for the private sector that is equivalent to the Type 52 protective mask officially adopted by the Self-Defense Forces in 1952 based on the poison-proof aspect of the Japanese Navy, and the shape of the absorption can and carrying bag is different from that of the Self-Defense Forces.  At that time, it was sold to the private sector for use when spraying toxic pesticides.  The shape of the facepiece follows the shape of the gas mask of the Navy, and is manufactured in OD color that is typical of the Self-Defense Forces.  Since it was sold to the private sector, I think that the number is on the market as it is, but basically, after use, the expiration date is discarded, so I think that the existing number is small.
There are dirt and scratches on the whole.  The facepiece and hose are deteriorated and have cracks.  The absorption can (filter can) is labeled as for Sanko organic gas, and the black paint has deteriorated and is easily peeled off.  The name cloth on the front of the carrying bag has been peeled off.  The hook button holder on the lid has come off, and the strap for tightening the body on the back is missing.  There may be other shortages.  It's not in very good condition, but it may be unusual to have a facepiece, an canister, and a cell phone bag.
