THIS LISTING IS FOR...this beautiful, vintage, Blue High-Domed Cabochons & rhinestones necklace set.  I believe this is a mid-century, Delizza & Elster, JULIANA set.  This company made many high-domed cabochon pieces in the JULIANA line.  There are some styles shown in the wonderful reference book "Juliana Jewelry The Last Generation" by Paula Knutson and Karla Wacker.  There is also solder puddling on the back which is another characteristic of JULIANA pieces.  Set is glass and a bright Turquoise Blue color.  It is in excellent, MINT condition, really nice.  Large drop on the statement necklace measures 4.25 inches.  I show the pieces next to a US Quarter to help you gauge the large sizes.  Necklace measures 16 inches long but is adjustable to a shorter length.  Dangling earrings measure 1.75 inches tall and are clip ons.  In the next paragraph I will include some information about this Vintage Jewelry Designer for you.  As usual, I show lots of photos for you so please view all photos for a true indication of the exact condition of this beautiful set.
Now for a little bit of information about this vintage Jewelry Designer for you: Delizza and Elster started making jewelry in 1947 and continued until 1990. D&E used unusual and interesting art glass stones mixed with high quality rhinestones in most of their designs. Juliana was a line of jewelry produced by D&E. This high quality sparkling jewelry was only marked with a JULIANA paper hangtag. Most of these hangtags have been removed over the years, so D&E Juliana jewelry is determined mainly by style, construction, and design techniques. D&E Juliana jewelry is some of the most highly sought after pieces by vintage costume jewelry collectors.
