Ring & Necklace Set Vintage Silver Handpainted Porcelain with Filigree Back

Up for your consideration is This beautiful set cloisonne antique jewelry. The necklace is hand painted with a floral design and is trim out in a gold creating a cloisonne effect. The necklace is signed silver it has no chain. The back is a filigree design and very ornate. The front of the necklace I believe to be porcelain and hand painted with a ornate filigree silver gold tone metal. The ring has the same hand painted floral design and has the filigree ornate back with the silver gold tone metal. The ring is stamped silver and is a size 5 1/4" and can be sized. This is a beautiful antique set. It looks a little oriental. The are very old and wonderfully ornate. I am battling with the fact that they are porcelain or enamel and to me they look porcelain.
