    Description

    Handmade baby rag quilt for sale. This soft and cuddly cotton baby blanket has adorable elephants and other jungle animals in shades of blues and browns.  A perfect gift for that special baby boy in your life.
    The top material is 100% quilting cotton fabric. It features blue and gray jungle animals offset with a cheerful bright blue fabric. The back material is a soft blue chevron cotton flannel fabric. Sandwiched between layers is Warm and Natural batting to make the quilt warm and cuddly.
    The size of the quilt is about 28" x 35". If you need a custom size quilt, please let me know, I would love to make something special for you!
    All of my items are made one at a time on a small scale in my smoke and pet free sewing room. You are truly purchasing a one of a kind item.
    In fact, I do a few extra things behind the scenes that take more time, but I feel are necessary to offer a premium product. Every seam is double stitched and I take care that the corners of the patchwork squares meet as close as possible so the stitching lines appear continuous.
    However, because it is handmade there may be minor imperfections. These give each quilt its own uniqueness, but will never affect the overall quality or durability of the quilt.
    The quilt can be machine washed on a gentle cycle (cool) and tumbled dry on low heat. Or hang to air dry. The quilt has been washed once with All Free & Clear detergent and Downy Free & Clear softener to begin the fraying process. The first several times you wash the quilt you will notice some loose threads, but that will moderate over time. If you notice loose “strings”, simply cut or lint roll them as needed.
