Antique Art Nouveau Ladies Sterling Manicure Scissors Lady Handles Whiting? The scissors are in good used condition. The metal part of the scissors has some darkening of the metal and some black spots. The top part is marked Germany. The handle is Marked Sterling.We believe they may be By Whiting, but we are not sure. The sterling part is in good condition and shows very light wear. Fresh from a local estate. Our physical brick & mortar gallery located in Royal Oak, Michigan, is closed on Sundays & Mondays. Any Paypal payments received for orders on those days will be processed on the following Tuesday afternoon. Our regular brick and mortar store hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 12 noon to 6pm.  We ship paid eBay items on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday afternoons.
