    Description

    This is a new ("never been used") Hammer Bit, manufactured by the Sandvik Corporation ( a Swedish firm). It is an M50 style DTH drill bit. The drill bit size is 6 inches. It has 12 splines on the shank with two air holes on a concave face. The inserts (buttons) are the spherical style, made of tungsten carbide, with 8 on gauge and a total of 16 on the face. The weight is approximately 38 pounds. The alpha-numeric data imbedded into one of the splines is 42 - 581D  152A40 serial number B99010
