1970's Honda CXB550 Cylinder Jug with Pistons #374 Barrel

I wish I knew more about this part. I'm hoping maybe someone can use it. I found it at a closed down Honda repair shop near me. The pistons probably been in there a long time, they do not move when I press on them. I am actually looking for someone to rebuild my CB550 engine within driving distance to Southwest Michigan.
