    Description

    1930's cover from Vatican City to Fribourg, Switzerland.  It has a postmark which is difficult to read, other than Vatican City.  Franked with a stamp at 30 centesimi (Scott #14), it reflects the printed matter rate for extraterritorial use.  It is in nice, clean condition.
    It is an scarce piece ready to enhance any collection of Vatican postal history.
